Harper's Local respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you visit harperslocal.com, request a demo, communicate with us, or participate in our text messaging program.

How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct demos, provide requested services, send service-related communications, improve our website and offerings, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations. When you separately consent, we may also send follow-up or promotional text messages.
Text messaging and consent
If you opt in to receive text messages, Harper's Local may send messages concerning demo requests, appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us operate the messaging program and are required to protect that information.
Service providers and disclosures

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
