Questions about AIM.
What the framework measures, what implementation can include, and what we will never promise.
Is AIM an AI-optimization service?
No. AIM means Audit, Implement, Monitor. It covers the complete customer journey: discovery, authority, contact, response, booking, follow-up, reviews, and improvement. AI recommendations are one discovery channel within that larger system.
What is included in a free AIM Snapshot?
We review the most visible opportunities across discovery, reputation, website conversion, response, and competition. The Snapshot is an initial review, not the same as a full audit or implementation scope.
Can Harper's Local guarantee rankings or leads?
No. We can improve content, authority signals, customer pathways, and follow-up systems. We do not control Google, ChatGPT, review platforms, competitors, or customer decisions.
Do we have to buy every service?
No. The purpose of the audit is to prioritize. Implementation should include only the work that makes sense for the business, budget, and current bottlenecks.
